Statements you upload

Uploaded PDF statements are processed in memory to extract transactions and are discarded when the conversion finishes. We do not store the file, its transactions, or any account details from it, and we do not use them to train any model.

What we collect

For each conversion we record the number of pages and rows, whether the balance check passed, the account type (bank or credit card) and the time. Visitors without an account are identified by a random cookie so we can apply the free daily limit. If you create an account we store your email address, your plan and your conversion counts.

Payments

Payments are handled by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record. We never see or store your card details.

Cookies

We use one functional cookie to count free conversions and, if you sign in, one cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your account and its records at any time by emailing support@statementtosheet.com.
