• Email Delivery Issues: If you don't receive your file within 1 hour

3. We'll review your request within 24 hours
4. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

What's Not Covered

Refunds are not available for:

• Files that were successfully processed and delivered
• User errors (wrong email, incorrect file format, etc.)
• Files that were uploaded but not paid for
• Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
• Cases where the user received the file but changed their mind

Alternative Solutions

Before requesting a refund, we may offer:

• Manual Review: Our team can manually check and fix conversion issues

• Credit: A credit toward a future conversion

Refund processing times:
